The Premier League treated us to another blockbuster weekend of football with the title race, top four pursuit and relegation battle all taking twists and turns.
Manchester City now sit above Liverpool at the top of the table following the Reds’ failure to beat Everton in the Merseyside derby.
In the battle for the top four, Manchester United fans had a belter of a weekend with Arsenal and Tottenham taking points off each other. It was a good one for Chelsea, too, who beat Fulham 2-1 at Craven Cottage on Sunday.
Express Sport brings you our team of the week – with a few surprises along the way.

Goalkeeper: Kepa Arrizabalaga
Back in the spotlight after his Carabao Cup final mishap, Kepa was a rock as Chelsea beat Fulham. A sensational save from Aleksandar Mitrovic was the highlight.
Right-back: Kyle Walker
Was solid as Manchester City battled their way past Bournemouth. He touched the ball more than any other player that afternoon.
Centre-back: Virgil van Dijk
Simply put, a colossus. A beast against Everton for Liverpool, in another showing that will do his chances of winning the PFA Player of the Year award no damage.

Centre-back: Jan Vertonghen
A bit naughty being in the box for Arsenal’s late penalty miss, but Vertonghen’s block in the aftermath warrants his inclusion alone. Had it not been for him, it would have been derby defeat for Tottenham.
Left-back: Luke Shaw
Before United’s 3-2 win over Southampton, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer had urged Shaw to improve going forwards. And he duly did, starring against his former side at Old Trafford.

Midfield: Andreas Pereira
It has been a turbulent campaign back at United for Pereira but, against Southampton, he was magic. A stunning goal and a fine display that could see him start against PSG on Wednesday.
Like Pereira, another midfielder to struggle. He was slick for Chelsea against Fulham, however, and his winner was a beauty.
Midfield: Declan Rice
Rice is a classy player and shone as West Ham beat Newcastle. Another man of the match display from the youngster.

Premier League team of the week: Troy Deeney was a beast in Watford’s win over Leicester (Image: GETTY)
Forward: Troy Deeney
He’s not everybody’s cup of tea, but Deeney was immense as Watford beat Leicester. His goal was a plus but his overall performance was one of sheer tenacity.
Forward: Romelu Lukaku
A big week for the Belgian. After his brace against Crystal Palace, he followed it up with another two-goal showing against Southampton – silencing his critics in the process.
Forward: Wilfried Zaha
Earlier in the season, Zaha was struggling. But his brilliant performance for Crystal Palace against Burnley suggests he’s back to his best.
